Job 20 – Director of Online Publishers

One of Add-Vantage’s clients has a need for a Director of Online Publishers.

Requirements:

• Management experience in the network world, experience building and training teams
• Experience managing managers / team leaders – an advantage
• Good experience with publisher side of RightMedia and Appnexus
• Familiarity with other exchanges / media platforms / ad servers – an advantage
• Strong and proven analytical skills and negotiation skills
• Result oriented, technical, passionate for the media field

Expectations and duty includes:

• Full time position at the Ramat Hachayal + expected flexibility to handle issues outside of work hours and days. Flexibility working with the US time zone with the team. Local candidates only.
• Building an existing team
• Building a workflow between different ad exchanges to achieve an optimal balance for the needs of the company and its partners
• Planning and Integration of CRM and other tools (such as external reporting, and bulk management tools) to increase department efficiency
• Support a discrete project  related to yield optimization of webmasters
